Fragnoli, CPA, PC in Nashville, TN, after having our clients complete a TRUST Assessment (TRUST Assessment) the first step we take is to complete what we call A Performance Review. We input financial information taken from prepared financial statements or tax returns for the past three years, or, if your accounting is done in a cloud based software such as Quickbooks Online or Xero, we can directly download it into our software. We also input some non-financial based information pertaining to such things as number of employees, ownership information, etc. Then, we perform numerous calculations measuring up to 18 KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators). These KPI’s include cash flow analysis, liquidity ratios, accounts receivable turnover and many more.
