Joseph F Fragnoli, CPA, PC
President and CEO
Joseph was born and raised in Orange County, California. He has a twin brother, who is a consultant to the Firm for CFO and Controller level services and strategic planning, and two other siblings. Joseph attended UCLA and then transferred and graduated from California State University – Fullerton with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting in 1981. He immediately passed the CPA exam and was licensed by the State of California in February 1984. Following a family tragedy, Joseph took over the family CPA firm that same year and has been in practice, for the most part, ever since. During his professional career Joseph has managed the entrepreneurial services division of, at the time, Orange County’s largest independent CPA firm. He then served four years as the Chief Financial Officer for a group of automobile and truck collision facilities. In 2004 Joseph returned to public accounting. Upon their move to Tennessee, Joseph applied for and received his Tennessee Certified Public Accounting certificate in April 2010. Joseph is a member of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Southeast Business Forum.
Joseph met his beautiful wife, Louise, in June of 1995 and was married in November 1995. They have one son together, Joseph Jr. Joe has a daughter from a prior marriage, Alyssa Michele and two step children, Tom and Marissa. Joe and his family visited middle Tennessee in the spring of 2009 and fell in love with the area and moved the family to the Nashville area in July 2009, when Joe began his sole-proprietorship practice that preceded the current Firm. The family worships at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Hendersonville and are strong supporters of the Parish. Joe’s interests, besides his strong Christian faith, are his family, sports, good food and wine.
Louise Fragnoli and her twin brother, being the youngest in a family of ten, were born and raised in California. After her college years, earning a degree in Fashion Merchandising, minoring in Child Development, Louise found herself enjoying a career as an Administrative Assistant for American Airlines in 1984. As the years progressed, she continued to work in different fields as an Administrative Assistant, which provided the needed structured schedule to raise her children. After leaving the work force to homeschool her youngest son, Joey, Louise is continuing her Administrative Assistant career for Fragnoli and Company, CPAs, Inc. Louise is also a licensed real estate agent and the Homes for Hero’s representative for most of Sumner County.
Since moving to Tennessee in 2009, Louise and family have been active members of Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Hendersonville. Her family loves living here, and when they have any free time it’s usually spent with other “California Expat” relatives, who have also moved here to “God’s Country”.
